Opened since the 11th of June 2007, BessaHotel is located at the highly prestiged Boavista area, a great business and commercial centre, making it a great choice not only for business stays but also for those deserved vacations. Bessahotel incorporates an Iberian approach into the Invicta lifestyle, focusing in the well-being of its clients through modernisation, quality and price. BessaHotel offers to its clients 6 floors with 109 Rooms (98 Doubles, 2 Fitness Rooms, 7 Suites and 2 Suites deluxe) equipped with satellite LCD TV in all rooms, safe deposit box, total insonorization, independent acclimatization, minibar, welcoming products, wide work desks WI-FI and ADSL, proximity lock. Suites also have an independent terrace and a vertical massage shower.
   
  Rates are in Euros (€) per room, per night, including breakfast, VAT and taxes. These special rates are available only if booking is made and paid through Top Atlântico DMC. Reservation requests will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. If your choice is no longer available a similar alternative accommodation will be offered.

All bookings must be fully prepaid. Requests received without payment will not be considered. Upon payment an official confirmation letter will be sent. Cancellations received before October 23th 2010 will be refunded after the congress, minus € 50,00 administrative fees. After this date no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed until 60 days after the Congress.
